Digital content is final
Everything sold through the creators on this directory is digital and personal: photos, videos, voice notes, live calls and one to one chat time. It is delivered the moment it is sent, it cannot be returned, and it cannot be un-seen. For that reason paid content is not refundable once it has been delivered.
If it was not delivered, we fix it
This is the part that matters. If you paid and did not receive what was described, do not open a dispute with your payment provider: tell us. Write to marco@telegramcamgirls.com or message @tcghelpbot with the creator's name, the approximate time of the payment and what was promised. We check the conversation and we arrange delivery, either from the same creator or, if she is unavailable, from another creator of the same kind at no extra cost.
Cases we do not refund
- You received the content and changed your mind.
- You did not like the content, but it matched what was described.
- You paid for chat time and did not use it inside the agreed window.
- You were banned for breaking the terms of service.
Chargebacks
A chargeback on delivered content is treated as a breach of the terms: access to the directory and to the bots ends, and the creator is informed. If you think you were charged in error, write to us first. We answer quickly and we would rather solve it than lose you.
Prices
Every price is shown before you pay, inside the chat. There are no subscriptions, no automatic renewals and no charges you have not explicitly accepted.
