What you can ask for
- I paid and didn't get the content. Send the order ID or screenshot, we check the creator's outbox and either deliver or refund.
- The creator hasn't replied. Tell us who, and we'll ping her or refund the message that didn't get through.
- Something looks wrong with my account. Wrong charge, can't access a channel, weird Telegram behaviour, we'll figure it out.
- I want a refund or credit. We'll review and decide same-day. Credit is faster than refund and stays on your wallet.
- I want to delete my data. One message and we erase it.
How fast we reply
Median first reply is under 30 minutes, 7 days a week. Refunds and credits are issued same-day in most cases. If your case touches a creator who's offline, we'll tell you a realistic ETA up front.

What's not support
- Asking us to forward your message to a creator. Message her directly through her preview channel, that's what it's for.
- "Make her reply faster." We don't pressure creators. If she's slow, ask for a refund and try someone else.
